In 2017, I was approached by a national continuing education provider for behavioral health professionals to teach a course on mindfulness-based interventions to rewire the brain. During my course preparation, I connected with Dr. Jeff Tarrant, Director of the NeuroMeditation Institute in Eugene, Oregon. We collaborated, and Dr. Tarrant mentored me intensively for the next 6 months, teaching me the principles of neuromeditation. This experience transformed my personal meditation practice and led me to become one of the most highly certified neuromeditation trainers affiliated with the Institute. Since then, combining traditional meditation practices with modern neuroscience has enabled me to help my clients achieve optimal mental health more effectively than ever before.
